All items have individual delivery costs assigned. Delivery costs are calculated once items are placed into your shopping cart and your delivery method is selected. 

Typical cost for delivery to a mainland UK address is just £15 for kayaks upto 3m & £50 for Kayaks and canoes over 3m.  Collection is free of charge from our Bedford depot.  Thjis is by appointment only as we do not operate a retail premises.  If you choose this option, we will contact you as soon as your order is processed to arrange a convenient collection time.

We deliver throughout the UK and Europe.  Please contact us if you would like us to quote for any other destination.

Delivery discounts are available if you are ordering more than one kayak or canoe, please contact us prior to ordering and we will provide a competitive quotation.  This also applies to large orders of multiple items.

All orders are processed within 1 working day of receipt (normally on the day of receipt).  Delivery of goods is typically 1-4 days after order processing.  Please contact us prior to ordering if you have any specific delivery requests.  Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to the many factors beyond our control.  If your item is out of stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative product or refund.

When you receive your items, please check them for damage before signing the delivery note.  If damaged, please write 'damaged' on the delivery note and contact us as soon as possible.
