Every care has been taken to ensure that product descriptions and specifications (when given) are correct, however while the colour reproduction of our images is a good representation, a slight variation from the actual products can occur.

You will be expected to make Full Payment for your Products at the time your order is placed. Full Payment includes all additional costs such as postage and insurance. The method of payment is to be agreed at the time the order is placed

All goods remain the Property of ProAthlete Ltd until full payment has been processed for them.

At Prokayak we aim to deliver your order within 2-4 working days, and most deliveries arrive comfortably within that time (subject to stock availability). This is not guaranteed.  When delivery times may exceed these times then we will advise you when the order is placed and also endeavour to make delivery as speedy as possible.

If you choose to have items delivered to more than one address (for example if some are for someone else) we are happy to accommodate that, but we will have to charge P&P separately for each delivery address. 

Returns

Cancelling your order

If you change your mind once you've placed an order, you have the right to cancel the contract under the following conditions: -

i) If your whole order remains un-despatched, we'll be happy to cancel it and refund you in full, or if it has been despatched and not worn, damaged or used.

ii) If your order is for ‘standard product lines’ which not been bespoked in any way

When you can return something

Any item you buy can be returned (with its original packaging if possible) for refund or exchange within the first 14 days provided it has not been used or damaged in any way.

Any item which has been sent to you in error can be returned for replacement or refund within the first three months.

Refunds

Once we are in receipt of the goods, we will refund you in full within 7 working days (in some rare instances then this can take slightly longer). Please see the Return Postage Costs section for how to return. The above complies with Section's 9 to 14 of the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.

If you paid for your order by credit card, debit card or cheque any refund will be paid directly back into your account. Payments by cheque will receive a company cheque refund.

Replacements

If you return an item for exchange for the same item, another size or colour, or different items of the same value, your replacement will be despatched within 7 days of receipt (subject to availability).

If you want to exchange for items of a higher value the same 7-day period applies but we need you to enclose payment for the difference with your returned item. If the replacement is of lower value we will refund the difference

Prokayak does not operate a free returns policy – it is the Customers responsibility to pay all such costs.

Proof of postage is not deemed as proof of receipt so please ensure that you send it recorded if it is valuable.

For the purposes of current UK distance selling legislation all promotions associated with orders from ProAthlete (including free gifts, prices, discounts, multi-buy savings and any other similar offers) will cease to be valid when stock is no longer available, unless otherwise stated and subject to availability.

None of the above terms and conditions affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
